It has a convenient communication of air and water way: 40 kilometers from Qingdao port and 26 kilometers from Liuting International Airport neighboring with Ring-Jiaozhou Bay speedway and National Road 204 in the south and Qingdao train station and Jiqing speedway in the north. It covers an area of 12600 m2 with the building area 3600 m2.
